Have you had Long Covid or another post-viral illness which impacts your daily life? By completing this survey, you'll help care systems assess the long-term impact of the pandemic on people's health and wellbeing. It may also provide an indication of people's need for health services in the future.  Your responses will be anonymous.

Long Covid: A new care package

People in Suffolk and north east Essex suffering significant physical or mental health issues associated with COVID-19 now have access to a single, integrated package of care. If after 12 weeks symptoms have not improved, GPs can refer patients to the SNELCAS screening hub. The Your Covid Recovery website also contains general information on all aspects of recovering from COVID-19.
